Community Technical Support provides timely and informed resolution to computer hardware and software needs of the Mount Holyoke College community. These services include the Technology Help Desk, the Student Diagnostic Center, support for campus printers and computer labs and support at the LITS Information Commons. In addition to the walk-in services at the Technology Help Desk, Community Technical Support responds to requests via chat, phone and email and works in tandem with the Asset Management team for system deployment and field technical support. The team collaborates with all LITS departments to ensure effective communication and incident resolution. Community Technical Support staff are located on the 4th floor of Williston Library near the Information Commons.
