Virtru is an email encryption tool that MHC staff and faculty can use to protect sensitive emails and attachments. You can use Virtru to send and read encrypted messages without ever leaving your inbox – and without the email recipients downloading any software or creating any passwords.
Virtru is not needed for most email messages, but is recommended when sending confidential or certain types of restricted data as defined by the MHC Data Classification Policy.
