Get your wireless devices online quickly and securely with eduroam at Mount Holyoke College! Unlike other WiFi networks, which appear in only a single location, eduroam is available at Mount Holyoke, all of the Five Colleges, hundreds of US higher education institutions and around the world.
All current students, faculty and staff have access to eduroam by following the initial setup instructions below.
Guests who are affiliated with a home institution which uses eduroam should be able to seamlessly connect to eduroam here as well. Other guests visiting campus may use the MHC-Public WiFi network to connect to the internet.
Guests are required to register their email address on MHC-Public.
Or, are you looking to connect to the MHC network from off-campus?
Simply connect your computer or mobile device to eduroam at least once while on campus at Mount Holyoke, and you can then connect to eduroam at hundreds of supported locations around the world.*

Please visit MHC device registration to complete the process. You will need your MHC username and the Network (MAC) address of your device (what's a MAC address?). The Network address can be found in different locations, depending on the device:
- It will usually show up during the registration process
- Sometimes it is printed on the box the device came in
- Sometimes you can view or print a configuration page
- You can google the device, e.g. "where to find Canon printer 5644 MAC address”
After you have registered your device, you will need to power cycle (un-plug, and plug-in) to have it connect on MHC-Public.
