Overview
Follow these instructions to upload a OneCard photo. This is the photo that will be on your campus ID card the next time you get a replacement and show up in campus systems like Moodle, Pathways, and Colleague.
Steps
- Open onecardweb.mtholyoke.edu to manage your account.
- Enter your MHC username and password. Then, choose Log On.
- Select Account → Upload Photo.
- Review the OneCard photo requirements and choose Upload when you’re ready to add a new photo.
- To adjust the framing of your photo, choose Crop & Rotate.
- You may now place the crop lines to establish the new boundaries of your image and use the - or + degree buttons to rotate. When you’re ready, choose Apply Changes.
- When you’re satisfied with your new OneCard account image, choose Submit.
LITS will review your submission and email you with further information once your photo has been approved or declined.
