Access to Google Storage, including creating and editing documents in Google Drive, has been restored.  Please be aware that the restoration may take some time to reach every MHC user.  Storage errors should resolve over the next hour or so.

LITS has worked with our vendor partners to resolve this issue.   The vendor has implemented a change that should restore service soon.  Please be aware that the restoration may take some time to reach every MHC user.  If you continue to receive storage errors, these should resolve over time. 

LITS has become aware of an issue that MHC users are experiencing with Google Drive, Docs, and other storage. 

This is a licensing issue that we are working on. We will update this page when the issue is resolved.

Please do not delete any of your documents. Your data is important. Once the issue is resolved you will be able to continue creating and updating Google documents. 

Email delivery services have resumed after experiencing a pause between ~11:50 am and ~1:00 pm EDT today. No messages were lost during this degradation of service.  It may take some time for paused messages to be delivered.  

LITS has worked with our vendor partners to resolve the Google Drive issue. 

We are happy to share that access to Google Storage, including creating and editing documents in Google Drive, has been restored.

The LITS Technology Help Desk has received and confirmed reports of issues with creating and editing items in Google Drive.

Our Google administrators are investigating.  Updates will be posted here as they become available.  

Google is in the process of releasing updates and changes to GMail.  

What can you expect?

Using the Zoom plug-in for Google Calendar?  Starting on April 25th, you will be prompted to reauthorize access to contacts and the MHC directory when scheduling a Zoom meeting using Google Calendar. LITS recommends  this one-time authorization in order to keep using this feature.
