Borrowing Equipment
Whatever multimedia or computer equipment you need to accomplish your goals, chances are Media Services has it, can lend it to you and will teach you how to use it. We offer a wide range of the latest technology you can borrow, from laptops to cameras to sound equipment and projectors. We will gladly lend them to you for your projects, and with help from our friendly, expert staff, you’ll be up and running in no time. Classroom Technology and Audiovisual Services
Media Services keeps all classroom and event spaces well stocked with the latest in audiovisual equipment. All classrooms and many event spaces on campus contain state-of-the-art projection systems and screens or wall-mounted LED displays. Classrooms are also equipped with a podium, a Dell or iMac computer, HDMI and VGA laptop connections, a Blu-Ray player and wall-mounted speakers. In some classrooms, we also have installed webcams with microphones and wireless projections systems.
Videography and Live Streaming Services
Media Services also offers videography services for academic-related and large College events. With proper notice and arrangements, we can record and provide basic titling and limited editing for academic events, including lecture capture, guest speakers, performances and symposiums, as well as for large campus events, such as Commencement and Convocation. Requests for videography services can be submitted through the videography request form.
