The Administrative Office provides leadership, coordination for planning and budget setting and general direction setting for LITS. Administrative Offices are located on the 6th floor of the Williston Library near the Stimson Room.
Campus Technology and Media Support (CTMS) is the front-line support for all computing and media needs; it responds to technical support requests via walk-in services at the Technology Help Desk and via chat, phone and email. CTMS coordinates and supports labs, classrooms, desktops and campus event technology, diagnoses and repairs student computers and lends out audio and video equipment.
Discovery & Access (DnA) helps our users connect to the many information resources available to them. We provide assistance in person at the LITS Circulation Desk and manage workflows and online discovery systems for materials such as books, e-books, articles, databases and archival and digital collections (to name a few!).
Research and Instructional Support works in functional teams to provide library research and instructional technology support to faculty and students, builds collections responsive to the curriculum and supports language learning pedagogy.
Technology Infrastructure & Systems Support supports and guides the technical development of the campus network, administrative systems, and technical aspects of the web.
