Technology Infrastructure & Systems Support
Technology Infrastructure & Systems Support supports and guides the technical development of the campus network, administrative systems, and technical aspects of the web.
Administrative Computing implements, develops and provides access to all campus computing services, applications and servers in keeping with evolving technologies. We partner with departments to enable them to use technology creatively to accomplish their goals, to improve efficiencies and restructure workflow. Administrative Computing staff are located on the 3rd floor of Miles-Smith.
Business Intelligence develops systems to serve the mission of the college through data analysis and systems integration. Business Intelligence staff are located on the 3rd floor of Miles-Smith.
Digital Assets and Preservation Services (DAPS) develops and presents the the College’s digital cultural heritage collections, including historic images, letters and newspapers, and supports access to student and faculty scholarship and research. They also offer digitization services and manage digital preservation for unique College content. Most DAPS staff are located on the 3rd floor south of Williston Library.
Network, Systems & Applications Support provides and maintains effective methods of electronic communication and effective access to and transfer of electronic information, creating an optimal balance of reliability, safety and security, functionality, and ease of use. Network, Systems & Applications Support staff are located on the 3rd floor of Miles-Smith.
Web Services & Application Development develops and maintains web solutions to meet the College's operational and strategic needs. Strives to help the College make wise and effective use of web technologies. Web Services & Application Development staff are located on the 4th floor south of Williston Library.
