Campus Technology & Media Support
Campus Technology and Media Support (CTMS) is the front-line support for all computing and media needs; it responds to technical support requests via walk-in services at the Technology Help Desk and via chat, phone and email. CTMS coordinates and supports labs, classrooms, desktops and campus event technology, diagnoses and repairs student computers and lends out audio and video equipment.
Asset Management is responsible for the purchase, installation and maintenance of all on-campus hardware and software owned by Mount Holyoke College, including all computers, printers and licensed software. Asset Management purchases hardware and software for all academic and administrative offices and all public computer labs, departmental labs, residence hall clusters, cultural centers and classrooms. Our technicians provide software installation, system integration services and on-site technical support for all campus academic and administrative offices. Asset Management staff are located on the 4th and 6th floors of Williston Library.
Community Technical Support provides timely and informed resolution to computer hardware and software needs of the Mount Holyoke College community. These services include the Technology Help Desk, support for campus printers and computer labs, support at the LITS Information Commons and student computer repair assistance. In addition to the walk-in services at the Technology Help Desk, Community Technical Support responds to requests via chat, phone and email and works in tandem with the Asset Management team for system deployment and field technical support. The team collaborates with all LITS departments to ensure effective communication and incident resolution. Community Technical Support staff are located on the 4th floor of Williston Library near the Information Commons.

Media Services also supervises contracted audiovisual services for large events and outsourced projects. This includes working with architects, planners and general contractors during building renovations.
