Welcome
Archives and Special Collections is Mount Holyoke. We collect, preserve and share the stories of the Mount Holyoke community — its people and its physical places — from the school’s founding in 1837 to the present day.
Materials that you can use for research and teaching in Archives and Special Collections include photographs, letters, diaries, scrapbooks, rare books and much more. Consult our research page for more information about our collections.
Although the physical ASC reading room space will be closed during Fall 2020, we are available to help you with your remote research and to help faculty teach online with primary sources. Read this guide to learn more about our remote services and digital collections.
