Google is in the process of releasing updates and changes to GMail.  

What can you expect?

• Say ‘Goodbye’ to Hangouts!  Enhanced Meet and Chat features replace Hangouts.
• Spaces: Spaces is a group collaboration feature available in GMail, it offers threaded chat conversations, cross-organization collaboration and file sharing.   Learn more about using Spaces and about spaces and groups.
• Opt in early! The new view for GMail integrates Chat, Spaces and Mail.  Learn more about the New integrated GMail view.

Using the Zoom plug-in for Google Calendar?  Starting on April 25th, you will be prompted to reauthorize access to contacts and the MHC directory when scheduling a Zoom meeting using Google Calendar. LITS recommends  this one-time authorization in order to keep using this feature.
