Streaming video service, often used in Moodle.
Kaltura is experiencing a system-wide service degradation. The vendor is working on resolving the issue.
If you encounter trouble with loading or watching a video on Kaltura, please try again at another time.
Kaltura has been restored and should be working properly. Ongoing issues or concerns should be reported to the Help Desk.
Kaltura is currently functioning normally, but between 1/30/21 and 2/2/21 at 8 a.m., not all Zoom recordings made auto-copied to Kaltura successfully. Impacted users will see an error message in their affected Kaltura My Media videos. Those videos are currently being reprocessed and will soon be displaying normally. Need more help? LITS is currently investigating issues where not all Zoom recordings are transferring to Kaltura successfully. LITS is working with our vendor partners to resolve this issue.
