Zoom videoconferencing

LITS Help Desk is receiving reports of interruptions in Zoom. We are currently investigating. Check back here for regular updates or see the Zoom System Status page.

LITS has been informed that Zoom is doing a certificate update on Monday, March 25th that may impact some MHC community members. 

Users with older web browsers (including anyone using Windows XP sp2 or lower and anyone using macOSX 10.10 or lower) will encounter challenges accessing Zoom on the web. 

In order to maintain Zoom access via your web browser, LITS recommends keeping your web browsers and operating systems up to date. 

The scheduled maintenance is complete and Zoom is available again as usual. If you have any challenges accessing Zoom, please open a video conferencing support ticket with the LITS Technology Help Desk. 

Zoom will be unavailable for 15 minutes to an hour between 6:30am and 8am eastern time on Tuesday 10/10/23 for scheduled maintenance. We will update this page when the maintenance is complete and service is restored.

Using the Zoom plug-in for Google Calendar?  Starting on April 25th, you will be prompted to reauthorize access to contacts and the MHC directory when scheduling a Zoom meeting using Google Calendar. LITS recommends  this one-time authorization in order to keep using this feature.
