Library materials and equipment drop-off hours for students

In an effort to retrieve library materials safely and efficiently, LITS has scheduled drop-off hours for students who have books or equipment they’d like to return after finals. 

In addition to MHC-owned books and equipment, we are also accepting returns of Interlibrary Loan books and books belonging to any of the Five Colleges. 

Students who are returning to campus in the fall may keep their books and should contact libcirc@mtholyoke.edu if they need to extend their laptop loan. There will be no late fines. 

Students who are NOT returning to campus should return items. If in-person drop-off is not possible for you, we will be in touch about alternate options for returning your items. However, we strongly encourage students who wish to return items in person to take advantage of these dates and times if possible, as additional options will be limited. There will be no late fines.

Drop-off Guidelines: 

• Please abide by social distancing standards and remain 6 feet from others at all times. 
• Swipe your OneCard at the main Library entrance (across from Clapp Hall) to enter. 
• Place your returns on the table to your left as you enter.
