Voicemail system maintenance

The Technology Help Desk has received reports of Voicemail to Email not working as expected.  We have verified the reports and concluded that some maintenance is needed to restore the service. We will be conducting this maintenance beginning at June 19th at 5:00 pm and lasting up to 2 hours. 

The following services will not be available during the maintenance:

  • login to Voicemail

  • ability to leave Voicemail messages

  • ability to make and receive calls using Avaya campus phones or the Avaya SoftPhone app may be impacted

Please be advised that this function may not have been working properly for 2 or more days.  If you have been relying on this service as a means of responding to Voicemail messages left on your Mount Holyoke phone line, you may want to login to your voicemail box and check for any missed messages once the service is restored (after 7pm on June 19th).  Information about using Voicemail can be found online.
