New look for notifications from AskLITS portal

LITS is improving the look and feel of the notifications that the AskLITS portal sends. 

Highlights:

  • Clearer instructions for how to interact with/update the ticket
  • More distinct sections to differentiate: What's changed?, how to update the ticket, and the ticket details.

When will this happen?

The change will be rolled out the end of February 2024. If you submitted a request that has an associated workflow (ex. you've requested a computer) prior to the roll out, you may see some notifications associated with that request that are in the older style.
