Moodle has been restored and is functioning normally.

Moodle is down, LITS is working with the vendor to resolve Moodle as soon as possible.

Moodle is currently experiencing issues preventing some users from logging in, and seeing complete content correctly in Moodle. LITS is working to resolve this as soon as possible. 

Some users may be able to successfully log in by refreshing the browser until the error message is replaced by the regular login screen. LITS suggests trying this to access material on Moodle, but not using Moodle to take or submit graded assignment or quizzes until the Moodle is back to functionally normally and reliably.

This page will be updated regularly until the issue is resolved. 

11/3/2020

10:20 a.m.: Moodle has been restored. 

9 a.m.: The Help Desk has been receiving reports of intermittent issues with the MHC learning management system, Moodle  since 8:00 am EST.  Our team is working with the hosting vendor, Ethink to address these issues. 

Impact:

Issues may range from login issues to pop-up issues or other errors.

Faculty may need to send course Zoom links to students using alternative methods.
