On behalf of the Five Colleges Libraries, Amherst College IT and EBSCO FOLIO hosting services have been working together to create a secure method to send automated library system notifications from an email internal to the Five Colleges, instead of the more generic fse.hosting@ebsco.com address that has been used since we migrated systems this summer.
Beginning Tuesday 9/20, we will be switching the address from which our library system FOLIO sends emails. Instead of receiving account notices from fse.hosting@ebsco.com you will begin to receive your courtesy due date reminders, etc. from noreply@libraries.fivecolleges.edu.
Note that this continues to be a no-reply email address, and is not configured to receive incoming mail. If you have a question about a notice you’ve received, please forward the message and your question to the LITS Circulation Desk at libcirc@mtholyoke.edu, or give us a call at 413-538-2622.
