LITS has the answers to your tech questions and the support you need for your technology projects. Whether you are a student looking for help with Moodle, a faculty member using videoconferencing in the classroom or a staff member looking to secure your data, LITS is here to help!
The Technology Help Desk offers support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, via phone at extension 2600 (413-538-2600) or in person via walk-ins or appointment on the fourth floor of LITS in the Information Commons.
Friendly and helpful professional technology staff are ready to assist you at the Technology Help Desk Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm. Our expert student staff are available until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm Friday and Saturday nights, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday.
The Student Diagnostic Center is also available for students who need help solving problems on their personally owned computers, including virus and malware infections, file recovery and system restores. The Diagnostic Center is located on the fourth floor of the Library in room 422, just down the hall from the Information Commons. It is open Monday through Friday, 9 am – 4 pm, for walk-ins and by appointment.
