The Technology Help Desk offers support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, via phone at extension 2600 (413-538-2600) or in person via walk-ins or appointment on the fourth floor of LITS in the Information Commons.
Friendly and helpful professional technology staff are ready to assist you at the Technology Help Desk Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm. Our expert student staff are available until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 10 pm Friday and Saturday nights, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday.
The Technology Help Desk also provides services to help students solving problems on their personally owned computers, including virus and malware infections, file recovery and system restores.
