OneCard Services transitioned from Auxiliary Services to LITS, now operating out of the Technology Help Desk. MHC ID/OneCard Services | Technology Help Desk | As of January 13th, MHC ID/OneCard printing will be done at the Technology Help Desk in the Library. This includes new and replacement ID services. |
Five College Meal Exchange Program | Technology Help Desk | As of the Spring 2020 semester, Five College Meal Exchange requests should be made in person at the Technology Help Desk. Meal Exchange questions may still be directed to Auxiliary Services via email for the time being. See Guests and Five College Dining for more information regarding the program. |
Are there any OneCard Services still available through Auxiliary Services?
Yes! Auxiliary Services will continue to accept OneCard cash deposits at the Mail counter. The Automatic Deposit Machines (ADMs) in Central Services and Blanchard will also remain available for cash deposits. As always, you can add funds to your OneCard online at onecardweb.mtholyoke.edu.
LITS is working in close partnership with Auxiliary Services to transition email-based requests. Requests sent to auxiliary-services@mtholyoke.edu will be monitored by LITS staff until remaining services have transitioned.
