Welcome back to the Library, Seniors! Senior carrels are a longstanding tradition at Mount Holyoke, and we are pleased to be able to offer these spaces again this year. Study carrels are small desks throughout the library on the edges of the stacks. Writing a thesis or independent study? Carrels are the perfect place to keep your books.
Class of 2022 library carrel sign-ups will be from 9am-11am on Sunday September 19th in the Whiting Alcove (6th floor). All carrels are assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so seniors are invited to line up at the library front doors early. We have a limited number of accessible floors and height-adjustable carrels. Please let us know during sign-up if you need one! Can't be there? Designate a proxy.
