This is not an MHC related outage, but Workday itself. Permalink Workday login/Duo restored By Zoë Crabtree on Wed., Sep. 18, '24 at 11:19 AM EDT Workday login and Duo MFA have been restored and should be working properly. Ongoing issues or concerns should be reported to the LITS Technology Help Desk. As mentioned earlier DUO has a System Status Page for those who are further interested. Permalink Update on intermittent login issues - Related to Duo By Zoë Crabtree on Wed., Sep. 18, '24 at 9:48 AM EDT LITS has identified that this is related to an issue that is under investigation at Duo. Duo reports: "We are investigating an issue causing degraded performance of authentications across multiple Duo deployments and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible." Permalink Workday is Launching 3/17 By Zoë Crabtree on Fri., Mar. 15, '24 at 1:58 PM EDT The transition to Workday marks a significant step in modernizing Mount Holyoke’s administrative technology, streamlining many of our HR and financial processes to improve transparency and efficiency. This Sunday, March 17, we will launch Workday in a limited capacity: student workers will begin time entry and student supervisors will begin time entry approval.
