Workday has been restored and is working properly. Any concerns should be reported to the LITS Technology Help Desk.

We have been notified by Workday, and have tested on campus, that service is restored.

Workday remains unavailable at this time.

Our team continues to work on restoring services with the highest priority. We do not have an ETA at this time, but will continue to update this alert with information as we have it.

LITS has verified that Workday is currently unavailable.  We are monitoring the status via Workday. This is not an MHC related outage, but Workday itself.

Workday login and Duo MFA have been restored and should be working properly. Ongoing issues or concerns should be reported to the LITS Technology Help Desk.

As mentioned earlier DUO has a System Status Page for those who are further interested.

LITS has identified that this is related to an issue that is under investigation at Duo. 

Duo reports: "We are investigating an issue causing degraded performance of authentications across multiple Duo deployments and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible." See Duo's status page for more details.

The transition to Workday marks a significant step in modernizing Mount Holyoke’s administrative technology, streamlining many of our HR and financial processes to improve transparency and efficiency. This Sunday, March 17, we will launch Workday in a limited capacity: student workers will begin time entry and student supervisors will begin time entry approval. 

HOW TO ACCESS WORKDAY

  • Workday at Mount Holyoke outlines all you need to get started: set up Duo, log into Workday, and access resources and support. [Please note: Workday login and some links will not work until Sunday, March 17.)
