LITS is aware of an ongoing OneCard system outage which is affecting building access. Our technicians are working on repair and return to service. Updates will be posted to this page when available.

The campus-wide OneCard System will undergo scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, January 18th and will be unavailable for a period of about 30 minutes between 6am and 8am

What to expect during the maintenance period:

  • Building Access: OneCard readers to enter buildings and rooms will work offline during the outage, provided that your card has swiped successfully at that door prior to the maintenance. 
  • Purchasing: Financial transactions facilitated by the OneCard system will be down during the maintenance period, including printing, laundry, and dining point of sale services.
  • Web Portal: The OneCard web portal will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.

The upgrade to the OneCard Web continues to be in process. We are working with the vendor to restore the service. Services impacted are adding funds to a OneCard account, uploading photos and checking account balances. Please check back here for updates.

Maintenance scheduled for 6am-7am today on the OneCard system is ongoing.  The website, OneCardWeb.mtholyoke.edu, is unavailable.  Other OneCard tools have returned to service.

There will be a OneCard system upgrade on the morning of Wednesday 6/22 between 6-7am. 

There should be limited impact to users:

  • Building access should not be impacted
  • Financial transactions will not work until the maintenance is complete
