The Kaltura disruption has been addressed, and functionality restored as of 6:10 p.m. Thursday evening.

The recent disruption to Kaltura functioning has been resolved, and Kaltura is now functioning normally.

Zoom has identified the cause of the issues that were preventing hosts and attendees from connecting via the Zoom website. You should now be able to access Zoom normally. Any further updates will be posted here. 

Using a waiting room or a passcode adds an extra layer of security to your Zoom sessions. An individual meeting may have a waiting room, passcode, or neither enabled. The three areas that impact which happens is the Zoom default settings, individual user settings, and/or individual meeting settings.

LITS recognizes the essential role technology plays in teaching live class sessions. Faculty and students: prepare to make the first week of classes as smooth and successful as possible!

Fall 2020 Moodle courses, with new video creation and editing tools from Kaltura, have been created are are ready to build.

In support of teaching and learning during the summer months, LITS will implement a curbside pickup service to provide access to available materials from the MHC collection. This service will begin on Tuesday June 23rd, and will be available to current faculty, staff, and students. Learn more about the service here.

As part of our move to cloud hosting, Moodle will be unavailable from the morning of Tuesday, June 30th through Thursday, July 2nd.

The Help Desk has verified reports that Voicemail to Email is not working as expected.  We will be conducting maintenance beginning June 19th at 5:00 pm and lasting up to 2 hours. 

Beginning Tuesday June 16th, LITS will be accepting returns of books, CDs, and DVDs via the exterior book return at the entrance to Williston Library. The book return will be open Tuesday-Thursday every week.
